The first quarter¡¯s bilateral trade volume increased 3% year on year

According to the data released by Brazilian Ministry of Development ,Industry and Foreign Trade, in the first quarter of 2013, bilateral trade volume between Brazil and China is $16.54 billion, with year-on-year growth of 3%.

China continues to retain main trading partner of Brazil. Brazil¡®s other major trading partners are the United States, Argentina and Germany. In the first quarter ,the bilateral volume of Brazil and the above three countries is $14.108 billion, $8.255 billion and $4.857 billion respectively.
